Headset

I have finished my last future products. I have designed a headset with visor and a scanner for scanning in the body and projecting a hologram of that person wearing the headset. The scanner can only recognise the person wearing the headset with voice recognition for voice commands, so it's a personal product.

I wanted the headset to stand out so I used a golden metal colour and a shimmer gradient for the visor. Once the user scans in their body after standing in front of the scanner, it can then be used in college or work. The user can attach the scanner on their desk in work or college, which will project a hologram of their selves. For clothes, the user can connect the scanner using a micro USB to laptop and upload images of their work tops and trousers, so when the hologram appears, it will be dressed in uniform. It will have a safety feature, so that users cannot upload explicit content, e.g. no clothes.

This is used for absents. If the person cannot attend work or uni as they are ill or any situation, the person will put on the headphones and turn it on by a simple on/off button. In the screen it will ask where the user would like to be: "Work or Education building?". The user will respond with either of those choices. This will wake up the scanner and project a hologram of the user with their uniforms or casual clothes on. Similar to the occulus rift, the user can see whats happening in the work place or college and can work or study. This can only be used up to a certain amount of times, so it can stop truants. If the user has a known illness that might require a number of days off to the workplace or education building, then the selected number can be increased by the head of department. If the usage is used up, the user can ask their boss or head to restart the counter. This can keep an eye on who is attending and can improve attendance.
